Dear President Elect of 2008,

I do not envy you in the job you have just been elected to do. In fact, I would think that the overwhelming majority of citizens in the USA would not understand the pressures from all sides that you face daily–7 days weekly. None of us who is honest with himself knows how to advise you in specific policy and governing decisions. It is with that backdrop that I would like to encourage you with the following:

Some decisions you will be required to make are going to be over your head. They would be over the anyone's head. But, they are not overwhelming for the Lord God Jehovah, whom you have expressed to know thru Jesus Christ. Seek His peace in that decision just as you do for easier ones.

Some decisions are going to force complicated outcomes. But, they are not complicated for our Lord God Jehovah. Be led by His peace in that decision just as you would for easier ones.

Some decisions are going to seem so easy that you will be tempted not to seek the Lord's peace, but to decide quickly, for there are pages more just like them. But, they are not so easy to our Lord God Jehovah that he would prefer you not bother Him. Be led by His peace in those little, easy decisions just as you would for harder ones.
