1 Vote Does it matter?

I watched the debates, read up on the key issues, and cast a vote for who I trusted most. Does it matter though? I want a bright future for my daughter, even though I have little to no expectations of the government doing anything of significance to improve my own life quality. It seems that 4 to 8 years changes those in power, no matter what their original intentions and promises were. They succumb to party divisions and cat fights with the Senate. The future fades into the distance. I ask you to review your campaign promises quarterly to make sure your presidency is on track - on track with its original ideas and on track with the majority of Americans who bought them. May God bless you daily as you lead us.
